Founder & Occupational Therapist
Nathan Mould

Hi, I'm Nathan - He/Him
Through my work supporting individuals with disabilities, allied health assistance, and experiences across community, school, hospital, and mental health settings, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the NDIS and the importance of personalised, strengths-based care.
Most recently, I collaborated with Northern Health to identify appropriate assessments that strengthen NDIS access, further building my expertise in evidence-based practice and advocacy.
Support Worker
Charlton Butt

Hey, Im Charlton - He/Him
I'm an experienced support worker with a background in disability services and a solid understanding of the NDIS. I’m passionate about helping clients work toward their goals, whether that’s gaining independence, building confidence, or getting out into the community.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me watching or playing football, planning my next trip, or spending time with friends and family. I love what I do and take pride in building strong, genuine connections with the people I support.
Therapy That Meets
We bring together insights from observational and standardised assessments, along with meaningful conversations, to understand your individual needs.
You
Using this foundation, we review scientific evidence relevant to your situation and design a treatment plan tailored specifically for you or your child.
In Your World
This is the space to introduce the Services section. Briefly describe the types of services offered and highlight any special benefits or features.

Rather than attending a clinic, our occupational therapists visit homes, schools, and childcare centres, working with children in the heart of their environments.

Individualised Therapy
We recognise that everyone is unique, which is why our individual therapy sessions are designed to provide dedicated, focused support. These sessions help build skills in areas such as fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, social interaction, and everyday activities.
Working one-on-one, our therapists tailor each session to specific goals, abilities, and stage of development, ensuring therapy is both meaningful and effective.

Occupational Therapy Assessments
Occupational Therapy assessments play a vital role in understanding your child’s developmental strengths, areas of difficulty, and support needs.
Our therapists carefully analyse and interpret the results to design personalised therapy goals and intervention plans that are tailored to your child’s unique profile.
We offer a range of assessments, including:
-
Initial Screening Assessment
-
Handwriting Assessment (DASH)
-
Functional Capacity Assessment
-
Sensory Profile
-
Fine Motor Assessment
-
Gross Motor Assessment

Occupational Therapy Reports
Professional reports provide a thorough record of your child’s assessment, progress, and therapy outcomes. Carefully prepared by our therapists, these reports are a valuable resource for families as well as other healthcare professionals involved in your child’s care.
Our reports offer a clear picture of your child’s development—highlighting strengths, identifying challenges, and celebrating milestones achieved through therapy. They also play an important role in supporting applications for funding and services. Each report is structured to be detailed, informative, and easy to understand.
We offer a range of reports, including:
-
NDIS funding application and review
-
School & Kinder Observation Reports

Based on these observations, we provide tailored strategies, resources, and recommendations to promote independence and participation.
